Morris and Fluffy Ride a Unicycle

Fluffy and Morris went to the unicycle-riding class every Monday afternoon.

At the beginning, Fluffy felt scared to ride on the unicycle.

He did not give up but keep trying again and again.

He now rides on the unicycle for a short distance.

Fluffy and Morris are both excited.

American Bluegrass Music at SPX

An American Bluegrass Band 

visits St. Pius X School

We had a bluegrass band visit our school and teach us about this famous American music.

This music is heard more in the southern part of our country, but we really enjoyed listening and learning about it. The whole school was dancing and having a great time!

I hope our video will upload correctly so that you can enjoy the sounds of Bluegrass music, too!

Chocolate visits with Luke.

This is Luke. He is in our first grade room. They are in the car on the way to visit Luke's house.

                   

A lot of the boys in our class are in the Boy Scouts. In first grade they are called Tiger Cubs. The are Cub Scouts from 2nd grade through 5th grade. Then they become Boy Scouts until they are 18 years old.

Through Cub Scouts, the parents help run the meetings that are filled with fun and interesting activities.

One of the favorite events of Cub Scouts is the Pinewood Derby. The boys make their own wooden cars that they race on a track. Chocolate got to go with Luke to this years Pinewood Derby at our school. Chocolate is holding Luke's car. He won second place! 

After the meeting, Luke's Grandpa took them to Luke's favorite restaurant - McDonald's. :)

Chocolate really likes the french fries!

Fluffy and Bobo went to a farm

     

Fluffy and Bobo visited Grandma's farm. 

They wanted to pick some vegetables home. 

The High-Speed Rail (HSR, the fastest train in Taiwan) went by.

Bobo was excited to see the train. 

He said he wanted to take the train in the future.

Chocolate's First Home Visit

This week, Chocolate went home with Aubrey.

 

Aubrey loves Chocolate!

Aubrey and Chocolate enjoyed breakfast together.

And later that day, Chocolate enjoyed a snack of Goldfish Crackers.

 

 

After a fun day together, Chocolate went to bed. Zzzzzzzzzzz
